About Me

Hi, I’m Daniel Asis—a graphic designer and visual artist based in Richmond, BC. With a Fine Arts diploma from Langara College and a Graphic Design Certificate from BCIT, I specialize in creating engaging visuals and illustrations for branding, social media, and community events.

At a young age, I was always drawing and designing various things such as original character designs, concept posters, city buildings. Over the years, I continued to strengthen my art and design skills towards projects for school, church, and personal works.

From leading marketing projects with CFC-Youth to crafting merchandise and digital content, I bring creativity, collaboration, and heart to every project. My goal is to design work that connects, communicates, and makes an impact.

Design Philosophy

Purpose:

When I’m presented with a design opportunity, each part of the work has a specific purpose. Whether its a choice in typeface, a vector element supporting the brand aesthetic, or the placement of an image, each part has an important reason to be there.

Creativity:

Design should be creative and fun! I believe that designs should be straightforward and clear but also captivating. Design should have a creative touch that invokes feelings and actions.

Hope:

For all the works I do, I hope that each design will be able to carry out what it’s intended to do. I believe that even through all the ups and downs, hope is what pushes the boundaries of what design can do.

Lets work together!
